From the northwestern corner of the internal seas to the east:
On the Mountain of Snake Shamans, there is a person standing, holding a cup and facing east. Some call it Turtle Mountain.
The Queen Mother of the West leans on a cane and wears a headdress. To her south, there are three blue birds that gather food for her. This is located north of the Kunlun Void.
There is a person called the Lord of the Great March, holding a spear. To his east is the Kingdom of the Dog-Headed People. The corpse of Er Fu lies east of the Lord of the Great March.
The Dog-Headed Kingdom is also known as the Great Rong Kingdom, where the people resemble dogs. There is a woman kneeling and offering food with a cup. They have a patterned horse with a white body, red mane, and eyes like gold, named Jiliang, which, when ridden, grants a lifespan of a thousand years.
The Ghost Kingdom lies north of Er Fu’s corpse. Its creatures have human faces and a single eye. Some say that the god Er Fu is to its east, with a human form but the body of a snake.
There is a blue creature, resembling a dog, that eats people starting from the head.
The Qiongqi resembles a tiger with wings and eats people starting from the head. It preys on those with unkempt hair. North of the Dog-Headed Kingdom, another version says it starts from the feet.
The platforms of Emperor Yao, Emperor Ku, Emperor Dan Zhu, and Emperor Shun each have two platforms, all square-shaped, and they lie to the northeast of Kunlun.
The Giant Wasp looks like a locust, and the Red Moth resembles a regular moth.
The Jiaowu people have tiger-like markings and a line on their shins. They live east of the Qiongqi. Some say they look like humans and live north of the Kunlun Void.
The Tafei people have human faces but animal bodies and are blue in color.
The body of Jubizi is a person with a broken neck, disheveled hair, and missing one hand.
The Ring Dogs have human bodies with beast heads. Another version calls them the Hedgehog People, who resemble dogs and are yellow in color.
The Wa resemble people with black heads that have eyes in the center.
The Rong people have human bodies but with three triangular heads.
In the Lin Kingdom, there is a rare beast, as large as a tiger, with all five colors present on its body. Its tail is longer than its body, and it is called Zouyu. When ridden, it can travel a thousand li in one day.
To the south of the Kunlun Void, there is a Fan Forest that spans three hundred li.
The Abyss of Chongji is three hundred ren deep. There, the Ice Yi people dwell. These beings have human faces and ride two dragons. Some call it the Abyss of Zhongji.
On Mount Yanghan, the River Mountain flows through, and the Lingmen Mountain has a river flowing through it as well.
The body of Prince Ye is scattered, with his hands, legs, chest, head, and teeth all separated and placed in different locations.
The Shunyi people, descendants of Deng Bi, gave birth to two daughters, Xiaoming and Zhuguang, who live in the great marsh by the river. The spirits of the two daughters can illuminate an area a hundred li wide. Another version says they are the daughters of Deng Bei.
The Gai Kingdom is located south of Juyan and north of the Wa people. The Wa people are subjects of Yan.
Choson is located east of Liyang, north of the sea, and south of the mountains. Liyang belongs to Yan.
Liguye is in the islands within the Sea and River State.
The Kingdom of Shegu is on an island and is part of Liguye. It is to the southwest and is surrounded by mountains.
The Great Crab lives in the sea.
The Ridge Fish has a human face, hands, and feet but the body of a fish, and it lives in the sea. The Giant Bream also dwells in the sea.
The Mingzu Village is situated in the sea. Mount Penglai is in the sea. The Market of Giants is also located in the sea.
