The Result of Taking on the Role of a Fake Boyfriend Over and Over Again — Part 2

“Hey! You cheating scumbag!”

“Huh?”

Upon closer inspection, I realized that the guy standing before me was none other than one of my childhood friend’s buddies from the triple date—the boyfriend of one of her friends. Seriously? He’s a student at the same school?

He called over the student council president and the class idol, then started publicly accusing me right in the middle of the classroom.

“I know all about it! You’ve been two-timing these four girls, including these two right here!”

With that, he started showing one photo after another on his phone—pictures of me on dates with each of the four girls.

The classroom buzzed with murmurs. Smirking triumphantly, the guy turned to the president and the idol.

“You two should break up with this cheating bastard ASAP! You can see for yourselves what a lowlife he is, right?”

But of course, their reactions were…

“Um, well…”

“Yeah… I mean, we already knew…”

The classroom fell into a sudden silence.

The guy, his mouth agape, blinked in confusion and asked in disbelief.

“Wait, y-you knew?”

“Yeah… we knew.”

“Uh-huh… it’s not just us, pretty much everyone knows, actually.”

“W-wait, so…?”

The two girls nodded awkwardly, and the guy, now looking completely stunned, began to stumble backward… Then suddenly, he straightened up, and with a serious face, he bowed deeply to me.

“I’m sorry… You’re a real man.”

“Uh, what?”

By the time I realized what was happening, the entire classroom was staring at me with a mix of awe and fear.

That day, I became known throughout the school as the guy running a real-life harem, openly dating multiple girls with their approval.

* * *

Later that day, after school, I gathered my childhood friend and my sister at a family restaurant to explain how things had turned out.

Both of them ended up wearing slightly uncomfortable expressions.

“So… what you’re saying is, at your school, it’s now a known fact that you’re dating all four of us?”

“Yeah… I thought about explaining that I dated each of you one after another, but that would sound way too suspicious when it’s been happening one month at a time…”

If I tried to explain myself and the fake boyfriend thing got exposed, it would cause trouble for all of them. So I couldn’t clear up the misunderstanding, and while I hesitated, the rumor spread on its own.

But since each of them had already told the people around them that we’d broken up, I couldn’t just leave this contradiction hanging. At some point, we’d have to let everyone know the truth… or so I thought, but then all four of them made even more awkward faces.

When I asked what was going on, my childhood friend averted her eyes and nervously spoke up.

“Well, about that… I actually haven’t told my friends that we broke up yet…”

“What?”

“And, uh… neither have I…”

“Huh?”

“Heh…”

“No way… you too?”

“I’m sorry…”

“Even you, President?!”

All four of them looked away guiltily. As it turned out, none of them had actually told anyone that we’d broken up yet.

I was dumbfounded, and my childhood friend quickly spoke up in a panic.

“Well, at this point… why don’t we just make the rumor a reality?”

“Huh?”

“I mean, this is all our fault anyway… and if we tell people we broke up now, you’d just end up being known as the guy who juggled four girls and got dumped by all of them, right? We can’t let that happen—it’d make you look like such a jerk…”

“You know, being a guy who dates four girls at once is already pretty jerk-like.”

“Y-yeah, but still…”

My childhood friend trailed off, but for some reason, the other three seemed oddly on board with the idea.

Sure, there’s a big difference between being the guy who maintains a harem and the guy who gets dumped by everyone—a hero versus a clown, if you will. But still…

“Hey, my dear sister. You can’t possibly be okay with this.”

“W-what…?!”

Seriously, it’s ethically wrong. Besides, sooner or later people will figure out we’re siblings, and if they realize we’re pretending to be in a relationship on top of that, I’ll go from hero to villain in no time. I don’t have the guts to handle that kind of backlash.

But for some reason, my sister seemed reluctant.

“Well, if I back out now… won’t it make me seem petty or something? Like, it’ll look like I’m not confident enough as a woman…”

“No one’s going to care about that! Besides, no one at my school even knows who you are!”

“Yeah, but… it just feels like I’m losing as a woman if I pull out now!”

What exactly is she proud of...? Is this what they call "a woman's pride"? I honestly don’t get it.

“But yeah, the whole ‘sister’ thing is a bit…”

“Yeah. Even if it’s just pretend… it feels a little inappropriate.”

“Indeed… it does.”

“Wha—! You two! Isn’t deceiving your family just as bad?! Lying to family is way riskier than lying to friends!”

“I mean… eventually, I can just turn it into the truth.”

“My father, well, he often brags when he’s drunk about how popular he was with women when he was younger. As long as I’m not married yet, he’ll probably forgive me for something like this.”

“M-m-married?!”

“Hold on, Senpai!?”

“W-wait, what?!”

…Before I knew it, the four girls were locked in a fierce standoff, sparks practically flying between them.

Am I seriously supposed to deal with this…?

As I tried to escape reality by quietly sipping my juice, all four of them turned to look at me in unison.

“So… what’s your decision?” they asked in perfect sync.

“Ugh… seriously?”

What decision do they expect me to make here? Well, as usual…

“Hold on, I’ll just ask my real girlfriend for permission first.”

“Huh?”

Ignoring the bewildered expressions on their faces, I pulled out my phone and called my real girlfriend.

The real girlfriend: A university student with a rather intense cuckolding fetish. Whether it’s my childhood friend, the class idol, my actual sister, or even the esteemed student council president, she finds all of them incredibly exciting. Confident in her position as the "true" girlfriend who knows I’ll always return to her in the end, she’s thrilled to give me permission to play the fake boyfriend. In fact, she’s secretly hoping things might escalate further, often following us on dates with my fake girlfriends, watching from afar and getting increasingly aroused. A stunningly beautiful, yet deeply twisted woman.
