According to the Maid, Determination Can Achieve Anything — Part 6

Postscript

Alma Girault (12):

  • A former art student reincarnated as a maid. Skilled at playing innocent, she’s a quirky individual with a reputation for boldness, bluffing, and provocation. Often called “cute but a bit odd.”
  • Exceptional at portraiture and still-life realism but dislikes abstract art.
  • Famous for being able to make even the stoic Lloyd laugh hysterically.
  • Although she prioritized her maid duties, her few works became legendary, with the meadow portrait of Lady Maris selling for 13.58 billion G 112 years later, marking her as a pioneer among female artists.
Lady Maris Orca Radler (5):

  • A former spoiled, overweight child turned adorable tsundere thanks to Alma’s guidance.
  • Originally destined to become a villainous noblewoman, but Alma’s influence turned her into a slightly stubborn but genuinely kind girl.
  • Her innocence and occasional prickly attitude only deepened Lord Mikhail’s love for her, to the point where he once declared, “You’re perfect, Alma.”
  • Dislikes meeting her father and brother, who visit occasionally. She finds them rough and scruffy, especially when they hug her and scratch her face with their stubbly beards.
  • Deep down, she’s a mama’s girl. Her tantrums stemmed from not being able to express affection toward her sickly mother.
Mikhail Edward Oldbran (11):
  • A playful aristocrat disguised as an angel. Not scheming, but he loves anything amusing and has a mischievous streak. He’s the type to shower affection and indulgence on those he likes, occasionally mixing in a stern approach. Gets along well with Alma.
  • Fell in love with Maris at first sight upon seeing her portrait. The painting of Maris wearing a flower crown left such a strong impression that he rewarded Alma with additional compensation. He was so taken with Alma’s work that he commissioned portraits of Maris in her debutante gown and wedding attire.
  • Became the primary owner of Alma’s paintings, which later became highly sought after in art exhibitions worldwide. His descendants made a fortune renting out the paintings to museums.
  • Father of four: the eldest son (later Prime Minister), the second son (later Minister of Justice), the eldest daughter (later Queen), and the second daughter (later Duchess of a neighboring nation). Contributed significantly to the country’s development.
Lloyd Kinyen (16):
  • A minor character in the main story, this handsome young attendant later became the steward of the Oldbran household. Known for his calm demeanor and stoic “iron mask” face—no one had ever seen him smile until Alma arrived.
  • Married Alma at age 27 when she was 23. Their joyful life together was fulfilling, with Lloyd supporting Alma through her dual roles as a painter and nursemaid, managing household chores and childcare. His support was so vital that Alma’s success as an artist could not have been achieved without him.
  • Alma joked about how her new surname after marrying Lloyd made her name sound like the title of a prestigious G1 horse race, leaving her in fits of laughter.
  • Potential to become the hero of a future short story.
