As she gazed at the spirits fluttering above her, an idea crossed her mind.
(Maybe I should just turn the tables…)
Instead of resisting or trying to stop him, she could aim to end him from the start—or even strike preemptively.
“Why not act before he does?” she muttered vacantly, unaware of the rainbow-colored dust the spirits were scattering over her.
However, she reminded herself that Lambert, despite his flaws, was still a prince. He was constantly guarded, even during their tea parties, where four guards always stood just outside the door. Even if a surprise attack succeeded, she would immediately be captured and sentenced to death.
Sigh.
Realizing there was no way out except to have Lambert initiate the breakup, Alice let out a deep sigh. Resolving once again to focus on making him dislike her, she redoubled her efforts.

Alice calmly observed another vision of Lambert’s future while sitting before him at a tea party.
In the vision, Lambert and a young woman were alone in a locked room.
“Meeting you has shown me what true love is,” Lambert said.
“I feel the same, Lord Lambert,” the woman replied.
The two shared a deep kiss and collapsed onto the sofa, their intentions clear.
Though she had just witnessed Lambert crossing a line with another woman, Alice felt no shock. She merely gazed at him with a serene, elegant smile as he lounged in his chair, bragging as usual.
The next afternoon, Alice was walking through the academy’s corridor when a petite female student approached her. She recognized the girl as the one from Lambert’s vision.
The girl, Mina, was the daughter of a viscount. She had long, fluffy golden hair tied into twin tails at ear height. Though they were in different classes and had little interaction at the academy, Alice recalled exchanging greetings with her at a royal party.
(It’s been a while since I saw her directly, but she’s exactly Lambert’s type…)
Mina had large, round black eyes, a youthful face, a petite frame, and a surprisingly ample chest—everything Lambert found appealing.
Alice discreetly observed her and used her foresight to glimpse Mina’s future. She assumed it would be another secret rendezvous with Lambert, but what she saw surprised her.
Mina was actively flirting with multiple male students, all of them handsome heirs of noble families. She skillfully played the part of an ideal woman for each of them, garnering their affection.
(I see… She’s just a flirtatious girl who likes attractive men.)
Though it had no direct bearing on Alice, the thought of Mina attempting to charm someone like Lidio Mortade, the student council president, left her feeling an inexplicable pang in her chest.
